Before anyone drives on Link, a person on our team checks their licence, PrDP, operating licence, roadworthy and insurance, and checks them again when one expires.

Live trip tracking
Your route is tracked for the whole trip, and you can share it with someone you trust from inside the app.
An emergency button
Both apps have one. A press alerts our safety team with who you are, where the car is and the trip details. If you’re in danger, call 10111 or 112 as well.
A PIN to start the trip
Read your four digits to the driver. The trip can’t start until they match, so the right car takes the right person.
Know your car
Before pickup you see the driver’s name, photo and rating, and the car’s make, colour and registration. Check the plate before you get in.
Two-way ratings
Riders rate drivers and drivers rate riders. Scores that fall well below the norm are reviewed. Accountability, both ways.
